I can’t download a game

Today I bought the game Keep Talking and nobody explodes, but when i try to download it, it doesn’t work.

i can download another games and demos, but not that game.

I have disk space, and my connection works fine.

What do you mean by "it doesn't work"?

Do you get any message?

How much free space do you have?

Is it a wired connection or Wi-Fi?

I push on download and then nothing hapens. The download queue is empty.

i have space and wired connection.

i can download another games without problem

How much free space do you have available and what is the games file size?

I have 40GB free and the game size is 700MB.

the message of “out of space” is not showed.

Free up more space you haven't got even though the update file is only 700MB, once the system is running with less than 50GB to 100GB you are likely to run into problems depending on the games total file size.

After the problem, i have downloaded a game much more bigger without problem.

It can vary depending on the game some will want to reserve more space than required. Easy solution to avoid this is to invest in an external HDD to increase your system storage. 

Personally I have upgraded the internal HDD to 2TB and connected an external 3TB HDD to give me a total of 5TB of system storage.

I am also not being able to download any game as I was downloading more than three games at a time but that stopped abruptly. Previously It not used to happen.

Probably low on space to perform three downloads simultaneously, I would limit to one at a time or free up more space or invest in an external HDD.
