Refund for "demo"

Hello, is there anyone experiencing or can help how to solve a problem with getting refund ?

I downloaded and played trials fusion DEMO game
https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0001-CUSA00304_00-TRIALSFUSIONDEMO

I want to check how much it cost, so in demo i click to option to buy full game ...
But with mistake i click in store to buy it instead to leave from there, it transfered me into back to game and show, and it was just activated as full ...

I immediately delete whole activated demo and ask for refund.

But on support they are saying i cant get refund because i downloaded it and played.
After few emails they still trying to convince me that i downloaded it and played for 8 hours in their system (yes but DEMO ...)

I know about terms and downloading purchased games, but ...clearly this wasn't downloaded after purchased, it just immediately activated the game ...

Anyone any experience or some help how to get refund ?

I doubt you'd get one. 

While you played the demo, you clicked on the option to buy it and you then went on to further confirm the purchase in the store.

It's stretching credibility to believe anyone could do that accidentally, you could have backed out at any time. 

It's a fun game though, which is good as you now own a copy.

no there wasnt confirmation :D iam amazed also, because usually you need to go through few steps ...

i know :) but i saw there will be new one so i tried it and then on realse i will buy the new generation :)
that why i ask for refund, i know its not lots of money ...
but the principles ...they cant divide between demo and downloaded game ...

and yeah, cause it demo, while i played it for 8 hours i get all stars and challanges, then i closed game and on next day, it was gone :) at least ...it should stay what i achieve if you purchase game, so you dont need to get stressed again :)

in game you have option to buy it, but it redirected it you to store or how to tell it :)

i know it sound crazy ...
