PSN Store

Bit of an odd one, I'm unable to view the list of "VR Experiences" on the PSN store.  I go to the menu, which shows a selection of experiences and at the end of that is a link to view all experiences.  If I click that I go to a page with no content.  The headers and footers are there, the background image is fine, but no content appears.

Weirdly, I recently picked up a Pro and I have the same problem on that!  It sounds like something messed up with my account.  I can see everything else on the store, VR games, all other games and deals, but nothing on the VR Experiences page.

Any ideas?

Does not seem to be an actual account related issue, might be a network related issue though.
If it does that on both consoles, try to use a different connection like LAN cable or Mobile Hotspot and see if it helps.

Have you tried on the web version? Go on a PC/Laptop/Ipad/Phone/PS app and try there

I can view the store on a browser but that version doesn't differentiate between VR games and VR experiences.

But I can at least see everything, so it seems to be a console issue. I'll check connection side of things later

Do you have an adult or a child account. Might be due to age restrictions why you are unable to view certain parts.

Adult account, I can see everything else on the store.

Enter Safe Mode ( Turn off PS> HOld down the Power button until you hear 2 beeps and then release the button)

Connect Controller with a USB

Choose option 5 ( Rebuild Database) 

You won't lose anything and this should clear any glitches that you might have on your PS.

Hi,

I tried that but no change, I did grab a screen shot (but I don't have it available - will post it later).  It's just bizarre that the content doesn't show at all on that particular store page.
