PSVR Move Controller Wont Turn On.

Long story short both my PSVR Move controllers wont turn on. When I press the PS button I see the red indicator light (on the handle) flash quickly then turn off. The PS4Pro doesnt see anything even trying to connect to it. The lights wont come on when trying to charge. I have attempted to reset both controllers. I have restarted my ps4pro. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Are they new, have you had them a while, did they ever work, what are you charging them with, are they the old ps3 ones or the new PS4-only ones?

They are brand new, have never been used. I had a ps4vr charging dock that they used to be on, now im Just attempting to charge with a normal USB cord with no joy. I am having the same indications on both controllers

Brand new, never been used but you used to charge them on a dock? Slightly contradictory info there.

Either use the dock (if you still have it) or try a different usb cable, preferably the one that came with the PS4.

Well they are brand new in the sense that I havent used them yet, they've been sitting on the dock since I got the psvr a week or two ago

So, do you get a red light on the dock when they're sat on it?

If it goes off pretty soon they're probably charged, you need to pair them with the console though for them to work, have you?

To pair a move controller connect to the PS4 with usb lead then press PS button.

No theres no indication on the dock for charging sadly, I tried connecting a USB to my PS4Pro to pair it with no joy. No light for charging from the PS4 either.

Well, I got the whole set from Amazon sooo possibly.... am I just out of luck with these?

Sounds like it might be the case. they should be doing something but it doesn't seem that they are.
