Hideo Kojima has announced that the PS3's biggest title "Metal Gear Solid 4" will be fully playable next May at the E3 show. he also mentioned that he is trying to incorporate the Wiggly control pad in the game.

Dam, that means MGS4 wont be out till after E3 :(, so looks like the July 7/7/7 date is getting more likely.

In reality all you PS fans are only looking forward to MGS4 *really* if you think about it...why not just wait for the PS3 to be cheaper come the time MGS4 comes out and buy it then? If you look at it technically there isnt anything great on the PS3 until FF and MGS4 come out...everything else doesnt look that amazing and most of it is multi platform.

Well I agree with you in a way, Im not gonna wait till July next year, most probably January, what with New Year sales (PS3 in it? ¬_¬) also wont get the first PS3s. as more than likely there will be a few bugs.

depends on what you want... after viewing trailers i find brother in arms cool and the new way of singstar , but this is personal taste , i for one am not only looking out to ff or mgs4 , i will have alot of fun before those 2 also :)

depends on what you want... after viewing trailers i find brother in arms cool and the new way of singstar , but this is personal taste , i for one am not only looking out to ff or mgs4 , i will have alot of fun before those 2 also :) Singstar for PS3 has been cancelled as the company making it pretty much went bust but Microsoft bought them...for $10!

OK, i just googled it and found nothing. The only thing i got regarding gamesw being cancelled was, "thesis is cancelled".

*** man!? Singstar is made by Sony's London Studio. FFS, that is an internal division of Sony. They also make the EyeToy and World Tour Soccer games, as well as the EyeToy itself.

Singstar looks to be pretty bad. It's poor as it is, but there's not gonna be much next gen about it, just a whole load of microtransactions...

its not to big of a shock there wasnt to much chance of it being realy for launch. in a way its a good thing really. if there is a ps3 shortage for the first few months or so you realy want a game like mgs4 out when there are ps3's on the shelfs.
