Seriously can't get anyone from sony to talk to me about this issue. Twitter is silent, get nothing from the forums and it just feels like this company has no second thoughts or cares about their customers. would really love to be able to use my console sometime soon.
Did you explain to them what your issue is?
"So my Ps4 isn't updating well. Every time it finishes downloading it shuts it's self down and when it starts back up it's on the error page with code SU-30671-7 So after checking my error history it actually shows a different error then what the system is saying is going on. says it's a CE-35239-2 error. update, I have tried using a USB to install the update and it didn't work, I tried a full Initialization which did nothing really and I am back to square one.. about ready to give up on this thing. Really kind of worried if I buy a new ps4 it'll have this problem still. Still trying to get this thing to work, rebuilt the database but still nothing. Starting to get angry at sony for ignoring this situation on the forums and on twitter. Probably going to replace my broken ps4 with a switch or xboxone at this rate"

You're definitely not going to get any response from Sony via the forum, they'd forgotten they own this place till a few week ago.
