Can't turn off automatic renewal for ps plus

Please help, i can't turn off auto renewal for PlayStation now, it just keeps loading and loading and loading it never

stops, PLEASE HELP, i don't wont to get a bill for 12.99. I don't have that much money on me.

Do it online if you can't cancel on the system.

Bro the same thing keeps happening to me so I went onto the website and went to wallet and unticked automatically take funds when renewing so let’s hope that works.

If you are having issues turning playstation subscriptions off log into playstation on pc,phone,tablet and follow screenshots I add either turn phone sideways and click media or go to bottom and click media then go through pages until you see Turn phone sideways click media or go to bottom and click media
