I cant send and receive messages, all my previous msg have deleted too... i hace the same problem from console and APP.. HELP!!!!!!!!
were you able to fix it? i have the same problem since 4 days ago, and im getting tired of calling and contact playstation support, all they know is to insist in deleting the account, opening ports and transfering the responsibility to the ISP.
i already did all that, and nothing, i even created a new account and is working fine in the same ps3 / ps4 / android app, is MY ACCOUNT that have the problem.
i receive the new mesage notification, but as soon as i tried to read it, the console kicks out all the participant and let me alone in the group, with no messages to read., that, when i receive the notification, with most of my contacts, i dont even receive that.
i just got it fixed, i had to chat 5 times during 10 days with the support site, and got the "ill escalate this to the support level 2", and 3 days (labor days, level 2 seems it works only Mo-Fri) after that it was fixed

I'm having the same issue. did any of you find a fix ? im stumped.
could not fixed it by myself, had to use the live chat support, but you will have to endure doing the troubleshooting at least once, save the chat, and they will escalate the case to the level2 support. after that, for me it took like 10 days insisting in the chat support every day (if they try to make you the troubleshooting again, just paste the chat you saved where the last support guy told you is all tested and it needs to be escalated). for me at least, there was no other way around.
I can't contact with ps.. live chat is not available.. Im having this problem since 2 days@frasilva
I just got my ticket submitted, it's the USA version of the site but still the same issue. hopefully it'll be resolved soon. I just got dark souls remastered and this couldn't be worse timing. lol

Im having the same issue, and it literally happened out of random , i have no idea what the hell is going on. i can get messages and everything but i cant even open it. ill be by my self in the group message or ill send message n it will dissapear, like whats gong on
i know what you mean, you receive the notification of a new message, press X to read it, the message screen appears, and then it kicks you out.... and when you try to send a message the system left you alone in the group.
and there is no message history to check either.
all the same that happened to me, the problem in my case was in my account (i put a friends account in my console and he was OK, only my account had the problem)
join a live chat with the support guys, and after enduring the troubleshooting start pushing and insisting that you need your case escalated.@xX_-Xiona-_Xx

Yes im going to keep doing that because This Error is seriously inconvinent and seeing that other people have this issue must suck. the only thing that throws me off is the dates of the post being made(on some forums post)

Keep pushing with Sony support chat, lots of us have this problem fixed already, if someone in Sony tells you is your internet provider or some dumb excuse like that (and you already tested that another account works fine in your console), just close the chat and open another to look for someone else. Keep pushing. The usual time to push and fix is 7 days.@BeaCM85
