Whenever I start up PS4 Remote Play and connect to my PS4, I only hear the sound from XMB and see a black screen. Yes, I do have the latest drivers installed for my graphics card and I did look up the website of my graphics card's manufacturer to see if there is a new version of driver. How can I fix this?
I'm experiencing the same exact issue. What's odd is that two weeks ago it was working fine. It just randomly started doing this. My graphics and chipset drivers were up to date before this issue began. It doesn't have to do with my machine because the same occurs on a laptop I have as well.
