I don’t believe you can track it, but if you haven’t already done, so I recommend changing your accounts password immediately to avoid whoever has accessed your account from re-gaining access and potentially cause harm whether that be credit card information stored on the device or general private information you wouldn’t want anyone seeing.

If your email shares the same password that your SEN/PlayStation account previously had I recommend also changing your emails password too to further decrease the risk of your email being compromised if they happen to figure it out.

If it was stolen, I would also recommend calling your local law enforcement to help deal with that ongoing situation as it’s out of the community’s hands to assist you on that part

Good luck and hope you get this sorted.

@wildboi2016

Contact Customer Support... let them know the situation.

Also, report this to your local Police, you should get a Crime Case Number...   You can pass this to Sony Support.

A Console can be tracked by the Mac Address by Sony, but it needs to be connected to the Internet to do so....   You cannot track it yourself.

If you still have access to any/all the Accounts via web browser/mobile app...  then change all the login details and password, delete Banking details etc...   Also, have a look to see if you can setup 2 Step Verification from these sources.  Add that to each Account and in the setting up process, use the sign out of ALL Devices.   This will block them out of your Accounts.

Good Luck

As far as I know, the only country in the world that uses 911 as the police contact point is the good ole us of a. Not a lot of use for the inhabitants of the 40 odd countries that are covered by these forums...

999 - general emergency number, also use to contact fire and rescue, and ambulance.

Also, call 112 from a mobile phone. For the UK. Local non-emergency numbers are available,  which are more suited to report a stolen games console.

France, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc, etc have their own contact points.

Please be aware that you are using the European forums. Try to unthink your americaness before posting if you want to continue here. Otherwise www.community.playstation.com for North America.

What is the Canadian emergency number?

It’s to do with American movies. Because they use 911 people were calling that expecting to get through. 911 works here now but goes through to 999

Snowflake?

Millenial?

Hipster?

Or, as @el-ve says, just thick.

I would like to listen into a 999 call of someone reporting a stolen console. There are better ways of doing it.
