I joined Playstation Plus and as a result I got Red Dead Redemption plus some expansion packs free of charge. The game itself works fine but I am unable to play the expansion packs, eg the Co-Op one, as it keeps asking me for a code which I don't have. The packs are listed under downloaded content but I can't play them.
I've searched the web and have tried all the suggestions, ie
1. Go into multiplayer free roam and then click the back button and scroll down to the co-operative missions.
2. Check under the Game tab and the Game Data utility to see if they need installing.
3. Check the Download Manager to see if they need installing.
When I downloaded them it all seemed to work fine and seemed to install them. I've now done this twice.
Hmmm.. not to sure on this as you've tried some tricks already. Is it working for you now? If not this should be one our tech guys can help you with http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-3-Technical-Help/bd-p/361
